I disputed the validity of the debt and requested specific information to validate the debt. I provided proof of why I disputed the debt and questioned the financial charge they were attempting to collect and asked the collector to validate the debt. I sent my request in writing and return receipt. Proof of that mailing I also requested the collector after - -, 2015 only communicate with my attorney.
