I requested verification that I had a signed contract and they only forwarded the attached forms. When I originally called on -/-/-16 they had nothing under my name or phone number. I need some help as they are violating my rights. First I do not owe them anything all equipment was returned and second this is over 10 years old and they should NOT be reporting it on my credit file. I responded to their letter within the 30 day period asking them to verify the validity of the debt. I did not hear anything from Credit Protection Agency until I noticed that my credit report showed a collection in the amount of $10000.00 stating that I owe this debt. I have not received any documents to this date that this debt is mine and I do n't think they have the right to place it on my report, reporting a current opening date... |
