I was cleared from the property with no fees for damages or repairs. I had lived there for 3yrs, it was considered normal wear a tear. According to Texas law you have 30 days to charge a tentant for damages. After I moved out the owner changed property managers to - - -. At some point and time the owner and - - did another inspection in -. And is trying to charge me for the repairs they made. It was way passed the 30 days to charge.
