I never once receive a letter/bill to reflect what this is for. I only found out as it was reported on my credit report as a 'collection '' on - -. When I called FBCS on -/-/-, I was told it was for services provided on -/-/-. I called -, which was my insurance provider at the time, and they do not show any claims submitted for that date or even for a range that they searched for.
