June 19, 2016 - I have asked PDQ Services Inc to validate a collection they are reporting on my credit reports on -/-/16, -/-/16, -/-/16, -/-/16 and they have failed to provide anything that would support the fact that they are attempting to collect on a debt without an agreement or contract. The doctor 's office 's posted financial policy, that I agreed to, states only the custodial parent will be held responsible for any unpaid balances.
