On - - 2016 I mailed a letter to the law firm requesting debt validation. However, on - -, 2016 the law firm already reported the alleged debt to all of the major credit reporting agencies before I had the chance to respond to their letter and request debt validation. October 19, 2015 - Kimball , Tirey & St. John LLP representing - properties. First, have not removed the civil judgement from my credit report. Second, the reason JKW did not except my money at the court proceedings was because they wanted me out for reporting them to housing authorities. Third, it has been over seven years. Furthermore, after reporting them they had the pipes in the build replaced due to the poor quality of water being dispensed. At the court proceeds I had the money and they did not want to take it.
