ProCollect, Inc Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm September 23, 2015 - This collection agency Pro Collect '' has placed debt collection information on my - and - credit which has lowered my score. I have called them numerous times and they have sent me a - page, very heavily coded, letter which tells me absolutely nothing about this alleged debt. They placed this debt collection info on my credit reports BEFORE they even contacted me to collect the debt. I have told them NUMEROUS times, if they can show me where I actually owe this $75.00, I will be very happy to pay it. But they never bothered to show me. This is just not right.
