Per federal and state laws a collection agency must not falsely debt clams and this account is reporting an inaccurate debt balance of an erroneous account. It is also a false statement and a violation for a collection account to report the account type inaccurately. This account is a collection account and is reporting as a factoring company account on my credit. This is inaccurate reporting. A debt factoring account reflect current debts on open accounts not closed debt that is sold to a collection agency written off... |
