October 31, 2015 - The company ( Collection Bureau - ) accepted funds to legally settle a debt ( Montgomery Ward ) but never provided information that the debt was settled. They never refunded me or the debt management company - - - - - I was enrolled and working with. I would like for them to refund my money. My account was paid off by me in full.
