Allied Collection Services, Inc. (Nevada) Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount May 26, 2015 - I was working with - to repair my credit. I got in writing a log note from Allied stating if I came in and signed they would remove from credit. They forced me to sign a confession of judgment to go on a payment plan to repay the amount owed to Allied. Against my better judgment they told me they would not remove from credit unless I complied. I did so by signing the documents. Now, they are refusing to remove from my credit stating it wo n't be removed until it 's paid in full. This was not the agreement. This is causing my score to be in jeopardy through the credit bureaus and it 's causi... |
