I have contacted the original creditor ( - ) to get this cleared up because I currently use their services.. After speaking with - they stated that I did n't owe them anything and that my current account was up to date. I have never paid RPM any money so I called them to check this status and see how I can get this removed. They stated that they cant remove anything and that I will have to dispute it with the CRA. I was charged an amount for collect calls that was different than advertised. On the phone my son called me collect from was a sticker that said $1.00 for - or - mins? but ended up being $23.00 per - minutes. I would have never accepted a collect call at $23.00 for - mins.
