I spoke to a man named -, this was for an Apartment that i lived in and moved out of about 2 years ago. I lived in the apartment for a little over 5 years, and had a roof leak issue the entire time i resided there. I explained to - i had faxed in my dispute documents about 6 months ago ( it may have been another agency ) and assumed it was taken care of as i have n't heard anything.
