I contacted them and they agreed to remove this from my reports if I paid the account in full. I paid the account. They sent a receipt and a letter stating that they had requested it be removed from my -, - and - reports. It has not been removed from either - or - as of - -, I disputed the account with - and Account Services Collection verified the account and updated the account to Paid ''.
