Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued where didn't live/sign for debt April 7, 2015 - - - - of - - - -, - - - - ( - ) came to my grandparents ' home saying that I had been sued and that they were trying to serve me. They did not provide any validation notices, etc. They are using deceptive practices and probably engaged in the unauthorized practice of law. Called their offices. They said that this involves Kay Jewelers. I can not believe that Kay Jewelers would use a place that uses these tactics.
