National Credit Adjusters, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect April 8, 2015 - I was called from - on -/-/2015 at - reguarding a debt with - - -. The person who called me did not identify the name of the company and simply asked for me by my first and last name. When I said yes - said that she was calling for a account with - - - and I owed $1000.00 something then went into settlement and payment options so much as offering me a settlement at 50 %. There was no mini Miranda given at any point and I was not notified the calls could be recorded and did not verify who I was by using verification methods such as last - of the social secu... |
