June 10, 2015 - I placed a call to first federal credit control on - to inquire about a settlement and spoke to a representative by the name of - at E-T -. - explained to me she would send me out a bill that I requested and she asked me how much I can pay to satisfy the debt and I gave her an amount she said it would take 24 hours before she can give an answer. - failed to notify me that she was a debt collector attempting to collect a debt.
