November 21, 2016 - I mailed a certified letter to this company asking to provide my signature showing I applied for services. I received a copy of the contract terms back but 30 days letter this had not been updated on my credit report as verified so I mailed another letter stating that since this was NOT reported it had to be removed. I never received any info and it has been about 6 months and it 's still showing on my credit report after many many more letters that followed....
