He said I had no more bills to be paid or be worried about. I dont know why after all theset years it 's still on there I have disputed it many times and other collection agencies pick it up but it has hurt my credit over time.... |

The agency promised that If I paid the full amount, which I did, they would send a report to the credit reporting agencies to remove it completely from my credit. As of -/-/15, the account shows paid in full on my credit report, and was not removed as promised. Therefore the agency gave me false statements in order to collect a debt.
