I called the attorneys office that was representing Cach LLC to explain that the debt was paid over 4 years ago and had all my documentation including the original debt collection letter with the settlement offer and a copy of my bank statement and cleared check from the company that indicated the debt had been paid. I contacted - and they said I do not owe them anything and they do n't know why this other company is contacting me. I also asked the company for proof and they have not and will not provide it.
