(Nevada) Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid April 6, 2017 - I am trying to obtain a deletion letter from Allied Collections, because I am trying to buy a home. When I made the payment, the person I spoke to, said they will provide me with a letter stating I no longer owe them the debt. I spoke to my Lender, and she said, she has received a deletion letter from Allied Collections about 3 days ago. I 've called several times Allied Collections in the last three days, and they refuse to provide me with the deletion letter. I do n't understand why they refuse to provide me with that letter if the debt has already been paid.... |

In - of this year I was offered a settlement by said company to pay off a closed - account. I took it and paid $170.00. This month they began calling stating that - refused the settlement and I still owed the remaining balance. I stated to them that they need to refund what I paid and I will be happy to continue with the payment plan I was current on. Because by accepting payment and sending me a paid in full receipt debt was paid. Calls continue. ... |
