Progressive Financial Services, Inc. Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit September 28, 2015 - My pay check was garnished with no prior notice. I ask for proof of debt and none has been provided. in the meantime, my checks are still being garnished and I am getting the run-around. I believe these judgements are being robo signed without consumers having an oportunity to dispute the validity of the debt. ... |
