NELSON AND KENNARD Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit May 20, 2015 - I was contacted by mail on -/-/- by the law firm of Nelson and Kennard. In the letter it was stated that they had obtained a judgment against me on behalf of their client - - - -. They then stated that I had an outstanding judgement balance of $10000.00. I have never received any paperwork notifying me of a lawsuit and in fact the original debt was by my records charged off in -/-/-.
