For a debt that was NOT mine. I have attached the settlement letter for $1500.00 They are also calling me on my cell after stating to them I have settled and I am on the DO NOT CALL list. The lady on the other line stated that NO such list exist. I assumed that any bill remaining would transfer to my new account. after a few months i received notification from - collection agencies about my - debt from -. - - and Enhanced Recovery were both attempting to collect the past due amount.
