Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to January 10, 2016 - The following is our original submitted complaint from -/-/-/-/-/2015 : My wife enrolled our children into a - program -/-/-. She stated she 'd pay by credit card to which they responded that they had an auto debit program. The agent produced a pre filled out form and my wife signed it in trust that it was to authorize an auto debit from our card. When we decided to pull or kids from the program we were advised we had entered into no less than a 12 month contract followed by a 30 day mandatory cancellation period when she signed the debit form.
