Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to November 20, 2015 - This collection agency, who had failed to respond to my 2014 debt validation request ( which they acknowledged receipt of, copy attached ), and stopped contacting me for 1 year ... Then, 1 year later, still without responding, they " transferred my file '' debt to another collection agency ( from Diversified Consultants to Diversified - ), WITHOUT notifying the predecessor collection agency, that they received and did not respond to, a validation request. They leave messages on my Cell phone to contact them. Last week on -/-/2015 i returned a call. The agent there said that my number should have been removed. IT WAS NOT i received another call today -/-/2015 at HOME and on my CELL phone again. The issue is that they are trying to reach my SON.
