Capital Accounts, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me after i asked not to September 9, 2015 - I had a - and went to -. They had created fraudulent charges to my Insurance company and when the insurance did n't pay them they came after me. I gave them an opportunity to correct the billing and they failed to do so. I have reported them to - different agencies. On - -, 2015, I faxed a letter to Capitol Accounts ( the collection agency my account got sent to -. I then followed up with a phone call on -, -, 2015 with - -. I acknowledged they received the letter and was very rude and said he was going to report tyhis debt to credit agencies and it would effect m... |
