Synchrony Bank Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay problems when you are unable to pay December 2, 2015 - I had a loan with care credit and we had a payment plan of $11.00 a month I borrowed $250.00 made - perfect on time payments through money orders every month I had to call and make them send me a bill I got the bill down to $130.00 and then I get a call stating I 'm not paying my bill and it 's $280.00 due to late fees they quit send ing me a bill and would not send one wanted my bank account. I read the pamphlet as well as my husband did. We applied for it with my sister as a co-sighner ... I have paid on this credit card for years ( approx. 9 ) years I borrowed approx. -. I paid on this card a min. payment just to find out I had to pay by a CERTAIN TIME!!!. They added - to my balance ... years later my balance is still - dollars.
