Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt March 27, 2015 - CCS sent me a debt collection notice for a debt I do not recognize. In addition, CCS never sent me a debt validation notice as is required by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Furthermore, CCS has not nor has agreed to provide all relevant contracts and information as to the alleged debt. I do not owe any debt to CCS nor have I ever. In addition, the alleged debt is past the statute of limitations. CCS is flagrantly violating the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act with their illegal debt collection tactics.
