I advised the company who listed the accounts that the accounts are not mine and did not belong to me. I did this via letter sent USPS on two occasions both mailed correspondence included the partial account numbers and my Social Security number in order to allow the company to effectively identify the accounts. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft July 20, 2016 - I contacted Eastern Account Systems and advised them that the account obtained by them from - - was a result of identity theft. The account was previously with - - - and they voided the account as a result the account was removed. The first representative i spoke with advised me to send my former complaint with CFPB. The second representative wasnt helpful at all and told me SHE could not clear the account. The service address for the account is somewhere I have never lived.
