October 16, 2015 - I have attempted to resolve a fraudulent account AWA Collection is continuously trying to collect on. I have submitted my dispute to the company and credit bureaus explaining that the account is fraudulent and a result of identity theft. I attached along my disputes to both credit bureaus and AWA a copy of my police report, identification, current utility bill, address and FTC ID Theft affidavit. AWA reporting this account on my credit profile has dramatically damaged my credit score and has caused me defamation of my character. May 10, 2015 - This collection company has been properly notified both by mail and fax that the debt they report on my experian does not belong to me. They have been asked to show proof and can not.
