Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt resulted from identity theft June 30, 2016 - I recieved correspondence from a debt collector in whom I am unfamiliar with I asked them to identify themselves and who gave them consent to communicate with me. They appear to be debt collectors which mean they are governed under 15 USC 1692. After placing company under a demand letter and notice of dispute for verification and validation company has failed to respond appropriately and has violated federal law in their continued attempts of the illegal debt collection.... |
