Thereafter, I personally contacted NORTLAND GROUP INC. and disputed the validity of this debt in its entirety based upon ID THEFT. During my contact with NORTHLAND GROUP INC . I requested that all collection on this account to cease and to delete this adverse information from my credit report until a complete and full investigation is conducted determining the validity of the DEBT as required under Fair Debt Collection Act. Now it is back and they are sending me letters trying to collect a debt I do not owe. This account does not belong to me. I have never had an account with this Creditor. I am requesting that it be removed from my credit report. If you fail to remove it, you are required by law to provide proof that the debt is mine.
