Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 28, 2015 - - and - attorney office had contacted my siblings and my mom regarding my credit card collection prior to contacted me. They have disclosed my confidential financial information to my siblings and my mom. They used scare tactics to my siblings and my mom that they will use legal action against me if I do n't pay back the small amount of credit card debt. I called the - and - office to work on the payment reduction and payment plan. But the guy named - only gave me very short time frame - months and each payment is over $1300.00!
