Debt Recovery Solutions, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt September 26, 2016 - I have disputed several accounts from this Collection Agency. Besides that they have failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately. I have retained new copies of my credit reports, and noticed that they did not furnish the credit bureaus with the required disclosure, within the period required by law. They are required by federal law to place a " notice of dispute '' on my account within 30 days of my dispute, which they signed for on -/-/2016.
