Allied Interstate LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt October 27, 2016 - Allied Interstate continues to call my personal phone, my place of employment, my co-workers personal phones and my family after I have specifically told them that they can only contact me via US Mail. They have contacted friends on - to obtain my private phone number. I have informed them that I will not speak to them on a recorded line. I have never received anything from them via US Mail. There was an out of court settlement and the matter is confidential. Regardless there should have never been any form of communciation between Allied Interstate or and any third party agency representing - - -. They ( - - - - was offered a ciece and desist during the confidential communications between my lawyer the collection agency client. The letter should have never been mailed. Allied Interstate LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 24, 2015 - I made a payment agreement around - 2014 with Allied Interstate about a non-federal private student loan that I am in default. Last month due to hardship I requested a month off payments. After that period they started attempting to call me. I requested not to be called since they always interrupt me while working. They debited my bank account already, thus resuming payments, yet they continue to call non-stop demanding to give me an update.
