Company withheld offering a settlement to the original creditor ( i.e., did not even present the offer ). Even once I/consumer disclosed that the original creditor would accept a settlement of at least - if presented ( per their agreement they should at the very least present an offer ) - - and another female debt collector of the company said they would not uphold their agreement with the account holder because I should have paid the bill, and not wait until the bill was stopping me from gettin... |
