January 18, 2016 - The agent was unnecessarily aggressive and argumentative, and obtained personal information ( dates of birth, insurance company information, etc. ) that, in retrospect, I do not believe he was entitled to. He tried to obfuscate the fact that he was with a collection agency and not part of the company that provided the service whose bill was being collected.
