August 9, 2016 - I was on a payment plan with this agency for a debt and they wanted me to pay more and repeated called and repeated told me what a loser I was because I could pay more than what I was ( I was and am unemployed ). They then just stopped taking my auto payments and continue to call and send letters. I have asked then not to contact me via phone repeatedly and wrote letters requesting my original payment plan.
