October 7, 2016 - THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED ME ON A NUMBER OF TIMES AND I HAVE TOLD THEM THAT I AM NOT - AND THE SSN THAT THEY HAVE IS NOT MINE*********** AND THAT THE LOAN IS NOT MINE. BUT THEY KEPT ON CALLING AFTER I TOLD THEM TIME AFTER TIME THAT I DID N'T TAKE OUT A STUDENT LOAN AND THAT IS NOT MY INFORMATION. April 16, 2015 - I have student loan debt and was in default for a long time. When I finally got a job I did n't really make enough to make payments, but instead of trying to work out a solution I ignored the problem for a while. I finally started working things out in 2014 and qualified to consolidate all my loans but -, which were getting ready to garnish my wages. I asked the collection company if they would release them to be consolidated but they refused. My wages are being garnished at 15 % of my total income, not just disposable income.
