Zwicker & Associates Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action attempted to/collected exempt funds June 3, 2015 - I made contact with Zwicker and Associates on -/-/15 to discuss the - - bill they are handling to see what our options were. We were served with a summons in -/-/- and sent in our answer and instead of going through the courts we wanted to see if we can rectify the matter outside the courts. We talked to a collector I believe his name was - and when I proceeded to tell him our income situation ( primary holder got laid off in -/-/- at the time the payments stopped and hes now on unemployment, spouse works part time and expressed we get help from family to keep a roof o... |
