This is not a duplicate complaint : This complaint is based on information obtained from the company. I am legally entitled to file a new complaint based on inaccurate or non-existent information. Cashcall refuses to provide the documents that they claim verify the debt. They have conflicting statements regarding communication attempts and can not provide verification of those either. They claim the documents and loan originated from an IP address ( - ) that is not in service anywhere near where I live and work. This loan has been contested over 6 years. The company claims I owe $ - in one statement and then $ - in another. The company claims to have made courtesy calls, that - - - has no record of. The company claims to have forms and documents that they can not provide. Based on the information provided in complaint - and prior complaints which is incorrect, I am filing a new claim. These are not redundant.
