NRA Group, LLC Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics You told them to stop contacting you, but they keep trying Pennsylvania

On -/-/18, I received a telephone call from -, in which the caller wanted to verify my name ; since this is not the first call I received I advised that " I am not willing to confirm my identity to you, please stop calling and provide validation to the address you believe is on file and if it is indeed me I will call back and make arrangements '' ; instead the caller just terminated the call and disregarded everything I said. I called back with the same statement, same hangup. This happened three additional times. I am not sure why this company can not acknowledge a cease calls request, I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make sure they do indeed remove my phone number.
