VA mortgage Trouble during payment process Arizona

Escrow I have a 30 year fixed, 3.25 % VA loan with P & I monthly @ $510.00. Someone appears to be defrauding my escrow account as my payments have escalated from $ -/month to over $ -/month in less than 6 months. Prior to -/-/- my Insurance costs were $ -/year and my monthly payments were $620.00. My insurance premium is only $ -/year now and I am being billed $ -/month.
