They called on -/-/- @ - ( PST ) They called on -/-/- @ - ( PST ) They called -/-/- @ - ( PST ) I asked them to identify themselves if they are a collection agency, they refuse EVERY TIME. They request for me to submit my SS #, DOB, and address before continuing to answer my questions. They respond by saying that they have a serious business matter to discuss. I tell them that I NEVER give my personal info over the phone, and I tell them that I NEVER WISH TO BE CONTACTED BY PHONE by their company ever again. I also mention that I am registered under the National Do-Not-Call Registry, and they laugh and continue to ask my personal information. Either way, they are either violating the FDCPA or CFPB regs. Please help with this harassment.
