Back in 2015, I was taken advantage of emotionally when my dog suffered a - -. I took him to the hospital where I was informed they would only take payment in full, up front, and without letting me use my chosen form of payment. I was directed to - - as my only option and opened a line of credit. After many months of payments on time and at least the minimal amount requested, I had to move across country ( from - to - ) in order to secure new employment. Prior to leaving my house, which was since put up for sale, I paid up front, at least 3 ( $750.00 ) months worth of minimal payments, with the impression that would satisfy them until I stabilized in my new location. This was not the case, as they 've reported a missed payment from me to the bureaus, toppling my 700+ score by at least 90 points, nearly denying me a loan I required to close on my sale of property, and forcing me to seek a predatory loan to cover costs by putting my car as collateral. On top of that, I 've received at least 2 calls per day, including today, - -, trying to collect. I have mailed a paper check to them on the -/-/-, which is due before the next statement period.
