I have requested verification and validation of debt per my right under the FDCPA section 809 ( a ) and ( b ). This company refuses to provide and continues to report a disputed debt on my credit report which is a direct violation of the FCRA. They are also no bonded to collect my state. I will be consulting with an attorney to seek actual and statutory damages against this company for violating my rights.
