In - Citibank widely advertised their promotional offer. They promised to pay $400.00 to the new users of Citibank account package/Citigold account package. $15.00 - deposit was required. Initial $15.00 - deposit should have been kept on account for 30 days. They promised to pay $400.00 bonus at the end of 90 days term. Money was kept on account for 30 days. After 90 days no rewards were paid to my accounts.


- : Got a letter regarding investigation from -, specialist of Premier & Escalated client Services of Citibank. Letter stated : " A credit of $400.00 is being processed to your account in fulfillment of this offer. '' Letter is attached to this complaint. - : Talked to - from customer support. - confirmed that I was eligible for the bonus and it takes up to 30 days to process bonus. - : Citi still did n't pay promotional $400.00. Placed one more call to Customer Support to check the status of investigation ( from -, Reference number : - ). They say previous case was already resolved and they sent a letter to me. When I replied that I expect a result not a letter, they offered to create a NEW CASE TO RESOLVE THE PREVIOUS CASE. And provided me with a new case number : -. Amazing customer service experience.
