I made an settlement agreement with Capital Management Services, L.P., but decided not to pay because one letter state - - - out of -, SC and the second letter was from Capital Management Services out of - Ny and both list - as the owner. On my credit report - - services and - - - are both reported. Please confirm whom is the correct collection of this debt. The original owner was - -
