Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Pennsylvania

I sent Experian a dispute about unauthorized inquiries on my credit report and I asked them to provide verification that the inquiries were authorized and they responded they were verified but did not show me proof. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Experian responded with the same response. I am asking that you force Experian to provide their investigation documents verifying they indeed investigated this dispute. The inquiries in question are : - -/-/- - -/-/- - -/-/- - -/-/- - -/-/-
