I have disputed this account with both - and Credit Collection Services. Credit Collection Services has not been able to prove that this account they are reporting is 100 % accurate, verifiable and timely. See attached letter ( settlement offer ) they sent when I requested debt validation. This erroneous account should be removed from my credit report immediately. I have never done business with this company, nor have I ever signed a contract with this company and the letter they sent has not merit as to the validity and verifying this debt ; therefore, consumer law states that this account must be removed.
